Wanting to deploy aggressive, cost-effective, and truly personal legal representation, Stuart Shelton—called "Stu" by friends and family—opened Stuart E. Shelton Injury Law, PLLC, in 2013.
Working with his two sons, Eric and Evan, and older brother and retired judge, Steve, Stu has developed a firm culture where its members truly enjoy working with each other. They also love representing Stu's clients. Since his firm's inception, Stu has instilled the firm's motto "Personal Injury Law Made Personal" into each of his employees and applies his focused analysis to every issue—choosing quality not quantity representation.
In over 30 years of representing the rights of injured individuals and holding wrongdoers accountable, there are few issues Stu has not encountered. He presently focuses his practice on auto trauma/car accidents, wrongful death/survival actions, medical malpractice, dangerous premises, vicious animals, slip and fall, and nursing home neglect.
